| Criminal Defense: | With 25 years of criminal case experience, Dave Leroy has handled nearly 20,000 prosecutions and defenses, including 18 homicides. Jury and court trials can frequently be avoided, by skillful and creative diversions, plea negotiations or preliminary motions. A basic retainer of $3,500 to $5,000 is charged, billing is at $300 per hour and court filing fees are currently $125. Appointments are required and referrals to other attorneys are made for those cases not accepted. |
